Mounted on Wood – 14 x 9cm

Here is an unusual wall cross in Coptic Iconography design, featuring scenes from all the major feast day in the CHRISTMAS cycle of the liturgical year: The Annunciation, The Visitation, Birth of Jesus, the Circumcision, Flight into Egypt, Visit of the Magi, Presentation in the Temple and Baptism in the River Jordan.

This is heavy paper surface with full color imagery on pressed wood with cut corners to the cross, painted a medium brown on the side edges. The cross measures 14cm long and 9cm across, and approx. 1cm thick, produced in France by ‘Theophanie”, Atalier de France, entitled CROIX NOEL.
