The Courier Guy
– all orders must be received before 11am, in order to make use of the various options, e.g. overnight. If not received timeously, it would then cause a delay in your delivery. – We need a physical address for delivery during office hours please. We cannot deliver to Post-boxes. Deliveries are from Monday to Friday. We unfortunately do not pack, courier or post on a Saturday or Sunday. Acceptance – delivery – transport
Any condition of acceptance other than the ones adopted by us on confirmation of order, will be disregarded. The goods are considered received and accepted upon shipment from the Catholic Shop or our facilities, provided that there is no special Agreement. The goods are always sold as reflected on our web site, including when they are directly collected by the seller, or when the seller or the Catholic Shop appoint a courier operator to transport the goods to the purchaser. The seller cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of value to the goods once collected from the Catholic Shop. Transportation costs and possible risks, unless otherwise agreed in writing, will be at the expense of the purchaser. The goods are shipped at the purchaser’s risk. Only the courier company can be held responsible for damage caused during transportation. If the Catholic Shop arranges or appoints a courier or logistics company, we are only to be considered as acting in the capacity of a proxy of the purchaser. The Purchaser will be notified the day the goods are shipped as to the tracking number both on the purchaser’s online profile as well as per email. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to follow up on the courier tracking. Shipment of the goods, including when it is free of charge, is at the purchaser’s risk and responsibility, who commits himself/herself to verifying the state of the goods and packages upon arrival and if necessary, filing a claim against the courier in the required time and format. Unless special directions are given by the purchaser with regard to the way and means of shipment, it will be carried out without any guarantee as to the choice of the most economical rate or the shortest route.
