We used 6 mm Amethyst coloured faux glass beads. Each bead is capped with silver plated flower spacers, which in turn have tiny glass Amethyst seed beads on either side. The Mystery beads are mixture of various sized Amethyst glass beads. Each bead is capped with silver plated flower caps. The center piece features Our lady of the Miraculous Medal “M”design. The crucifix is ornate- 5cm long. Truly beautiful.

Amethysts are a type of quartz often found in geodes amidst cooled lava.Their purple coloring runs the gamut from reddish purple to a bluish lilac. The finest quality is a strongly saturated reddish purple to dark purple as long as the stone does not become too dark to see
its brightness.
